Personal Biography

Brandon Menchaca is an Orange County native and has been a Laguna Beach local since 2008. Known by many as a reliable, trustworthy and driven professional, Brandon strives to serve his clients with an exceptional level of commitment. Prior to his career as a Realtor, Brandon owned and operated one of Laguna Beach's well known fitness studios, Absolute Fitness Solutions. During that time, he learned a vast amount about the residential and commercial culture of Laguna Beach, while also creating an extensive network of diverse clients.

Through his business he was active in serving his community by participating in fundraisers, donating his services to silent auctions, and offering his time to help many of Laguna's deserving charitable foundations. In the fall season, Brandon volunteers his time as Head Coach for the local AYSO soccer league in which his eight year old son plays. He understands how special the unique natural beauty of Laguna Beach is, and like many other locals he also embraces the culture of the Laguna lifestyle. His favorite pass times include paddle boarding through the kelp beds, mountain biking in the canyon trails, and cooking his latest finds at Laguna's weekly farmers market. Brandon's work ethic is matched by his love for life; when not in his office, he enjoys socializing in any of Laguna's fine restaurants, or walking through the town he calls home.
